Hi, Friends! It is pleasure to write this post. Several days ago I sat my cellphone to receive and send Multimedia Message Service (MMS). I am using Simpati by Telkomsel provider. By googling in the internet, there were some modifications you should do beside you follow the instruction. Do you have any problems with this one? Here are the setting ways that you can do:
Automatic Setting:
Type:
S<space>merckHP<space>typeHP
contoh : S LG KG200
Send to : 5432
You should modify it after that with MANUAL Setting:
mms setting profile
rename: Telkomsel MMS
homepage: http://mms.telkomsel.com
datta account: Telkomsel MMS
connection: HTTP
with IP address: 10.1.89.150
proxy port: 8000
username: mms
password: mms
on data account, GPRS mode, make a profile:
Account name: Telkomsel MMS
APN: mms
Username: wap
password: mms
auth type: normal
For wap setting profile
Rename: Telkomsel WAP
homepage: http://wap.telkomsel.com
data account: Telkomsel WAP
connection: HTTP
with IP address: 10.1.89.130
proxy port: 8000
username: wap
password: wap123
on data account, GPRS menu, make a profile
Account name: Telkomsel WAP
APN: telkomsel
username: wap
password: wap123
auth type: normal
Really, It works! Hope you can enjoy your LG KG200 to send and receive your MMS.

coba dulu setting otomatisnya. kalo manual mah coba2 sendiri, saya.

coba setting di atas tapi proxy dan ip addresnya ga da kolom bisa di isi…
bagaimana ya caranya???

connection nya pastikan sudah HTTP, ya.

setelah pengaturan dengan cara otomatis HP saya LG KG200 simpati tetap aja tidak konek keinternet , apa sebabnya ya pak?

Tidak hanya pengaturan otomatis, tetapi perlu pengaturan manual seperti yang telah saya tulis di postingan ini. Biasanya, setelah kartu dicopot, koneksi GPRS/MMS mesti disetting ulang.
Memang hal ini sangat mengganggu kenyamanan penggunaan LG KG200.

Mas Arif, setelah setting otomatis, untuk setting manualnya yg dari Mas Arif dan dari telkomsel ada perbedaan, sudah saya coba keduanya tp koq masih gagal.

Mas Ari, kenapa kalo connecting dengan internet hp LG KG200 yang saya pakai mati sendiri setelah itu hidup sendiri???

MAS ARI yg dimaksud kemarin bukan sinyal terputus tapi hpnya yg mati tunggu sebentar hpnya hidup lagi dgn sendirinya[layar mati]
